I did not want to offer exactly what others offer in their business model. I wanted our business to be a “full IT service company” that could do it all.

Pretty much anything you can think of we can provide that service for. In this industry you are going to have to do more than just the normal to survive the long haul. Not saying you can’t survive doing just the “norm” but you will not reach full potential by doing just that.
