		<description>I agree. One of the problems I face when working on client computers is what to uninstall, what to leave and what to install myself. For a full format, the installation list is VERY small compared to a lot of OEM&#039;s out there - but there is a fine line of not enough and just right. I just started installing iTunes for customers since iPods/iPhones are so popular - resisted that for ages...

Perhaps my worst inner-argument is which antivirus software to install... Do I install something that will help, but they&#039;ve never heard of or do I resell and possibly make money off of them (or not, which will cause another infection)... There are certain products I&#039;ll install and there are others I&#039;ll leave on the web...</description>

		<description>Great insight and nicely explained.  You get what you pay for.  We generally will use a specific tier of products in a specific order. Sometimes we literally install a product on a customer’s laptop then recommend he or she purchase it.  If not we uninstall it not to violate any licensing.</description>
