What is great to me is that this is a show done each and every single week...Now to some this might not seem like a big deal, but trust me it is. Had a customer call me the other day it seemed their computer had a Trojan Virus on it. Not too out of the norm. But, the person had recently (about 2 months earlier) purchased a copy of Norton 360. So in the customers mind they were protected. Norton did catch the Trojan and even said it could not fix it but all you had to do is download this other program they have and it would take care of it. So after the customer downloaded it and let it run for about an hour it returned a message saying it could not remove the Trojan. Now the customers mind it should of worked so they called Norton (an ordeal in itself) and after hours of being on the phone was told "For $100 we can connect and do it for you". Their [+]

Ever since getting an iPhone like others I am into the App's scene. What amazes me is the work these developers put into making these app's. What is more amazing is the feedback some of these people get. Here is an example for the app called Paper Football. Like the title says you flick a football through the goal post and score. Nothing complicated, nothing high-tech.  So you get the concept. Now I go and read the reviews for this app and I see comments like this: *Don't waste your time or money *Just ok *Update is horrible *Garbage in a can  Now this app does cost $4.99.....I don't really understand some of these reviews.
